Information We Collect

LeadPilot CRM is designed to help field sales professionals manage leads and follow-ups. To provide this service, we collect the following categories of information:

Note: All lead data you enter is stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database. It is not uploaded to any remote server unless you explicitly use the export or Google Sheets sync feature.

App Permissions

LeadPilot CRM requests the following Android permissions. Each permission is used only for the stated purpose:

Read Contacts Match leads against your phonebook and import contacts as leads.

Call Phone Initiate calls directly from the app's auto-dialer feature.

Storage / Files Export lead data to Excel/CSV files in your device's Downloads folder.

Notifications Show follow-up reminders and scheduled call alerts.

📱

Phone State Detect call events to log call outcomes automatically.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your Android Settings → Apps → LeadPilot CRM → Permissions. Revoking a permission may limit certain features of the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and improve the LeadPilot CRM experience:

To store, display, and manage your leads and sales campaigns
To auto-fill address details using your current GPS location
To match your phonebook contacts with existing leads
To enable the auto-dialer and follow-up scheduling features
To generate Excel/CSV exports of your lead data on request
To send you follow-up reminder notifications you have scheduled
To diagnose app crashes and improve stability (anonymised)

We do not: sell your data, use it for advertising, share it with third parties for marketing, or build profiles about you beyond what is necessary for the app to function.

Data Storage & Security

All your lead data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. The data never leaves your device through the app itself except through the following explicit user-initiated actions:

Excel Export: You manually tap "Export" and choose to save a file to your Downloads folder or share it.
Google Sheets Integration: If configured, lead data is synced to a Google Sheet that you provide and control.

We implement the following security practices:

Local database is stored in the app's private storage directory, inaccessible to other apps
The app does not transmit data over unencrypted HTTP connections
Google Sheets sync (if used) operates over HTTPS via Google's secure APIs
No passwords or sensitive credentials are stored in plain text

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Limited sharing occurs only in these cases:

All third-party services used by LeadPilot CRM are subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of data retention:

Data persists as long as the app is installed on your device
You can delete individual leads or entire campaigns from within the app at any time
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently
If you use the Google Sheets sync feature, data in your Google Sheet is governed by your Google account settings

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: View all your data within the app at any time
Export: Export all your data as an Excel file
Delete: Delete any lead, campaign, or all data from within the app
Revoke Permissions: Disable any app permission in Android Settings
Contact Us: Reach out to us at any time for privacy-related queries

Indian Users: As an Indian company, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). You may contact us at any time to exercise your rights under this Act.

Children's Privacy

LeadPilot CRM is a professional business application intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app and provided personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove such data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes:

The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated
Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
